Cashew Berry Layer Cake
It took us a few goes to get this vegan cake masterpiece right but we really must say, we are delighted with the results…
A base of cashews, almonds and dates layered with a creamy cashew filling, complimented by a zesty lemon berry topping.
Raw Choc Caramel Slice
We just can’t make this cake fast enough. Our customers just keep coming back for it time and time again!
Cacao, almonds and pecans make for a crunchy base. Dates and almonds make up the gooey centre and a chocolate finish gives it a taste of heaven.
Choc Orange Avocado Mousse Cake
This one is a beaut and it comes from a recipe we half-inched from those adorable Irish vegans, The Happy Pear.
An indulgent mix of walnuts, cashews and dates topped by a beautifully creamy chocolate -orange avocado mousse. Its a great one to try at home and it is really simple to. If you fancy giving it a go yourself you can follow along with their video. We tweaked the recipe and we are absolutely convinced ours is a wee smidge better, but we’ll let you be the judge of that. 😉
Gooey Goji Bliss Bar
Finally, and most certainly not one to be ignored! I mean, have you even read about the benefits of the awesome goji berry?
A satisfying mix of almonds, dates, cacao and goji berries. Gooey chocolate bliss.
